花園ユーミは絵を描くことが何よりの楽しみという9歳の女の子。フラワータウンのひとり娘である彼女は、ある日花を大切にしてくれた感謝の印にと、花の妖精・かき丸とケシ丸から魔法のステッキを授けられる。そのステッキで描いた絵は、どんなものでも実物として飛び出すのだ。喜び勇んでステッキを振るうユーミだが、その効力にはタイムリミットが設けられていた。それでも、この不思議なステッキを手にしたことで、彼女の日常はスリルと冒険に満ち溢れた素敵な時間へと変わっていく。 主人公が大人に変身しないという点では、前3作とは大きく異なる印象を持つ本作。荒唐無稽なまでのファンタジー性にコメディ＆ペーソスを加味することで、ぴえろ魔法少女の新たな可能性を導き出した。
